January is pretty much DONE and our budget is looking good :). Please grab your pens, candles, calculators and notebooks, and let’s close January out on a good note. The economy may be a bit crazy, with layoffs and sad headlines, but we gotta keep up with our financial houses, so please join me as I walk you through mine as a 30 year old in a high cost of living area of the US. I recently got a raise and am trying to configure it into my monthly figures. I was able to squeeze out a savings amount up to $2,000. A total blessing in this economy.
